Tom welcomes you to The Gibson House located in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Arrival time: 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM (Late arrivals must be pre-arranged)

Check-Out time: 11:00 AM

Breakfast time: 8:30 AM

We regret that our bed and breakfast is not designed to be suitable for children under 7 years of age, and our establishment is not wheelchair accessible. First floor rooms are available.

For the comfort of all guests, The Gibson House is a Non-Smoking establishment. Smoking is limited to outdoors only in designated areas. Furthermore, burning of candles, incense or other incendiary devices is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and indoor common areas. Smoking or use of such devices in prohibited areas will result in an additional $250.00 cleaning charge to the guest responsible.

In addition, we are unable to accommodate guest pets, no matter how friendly they may be.

We reserve the right to refuse occupancy to any guest who poses a threat to the safety and/or well-being of other occupants, or has intent to damage property. In such cases, proper authorities will be notified, and occupancy will be terminated immediately, without refund. Firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Reservations:

To avoid disappointment, advance reservations are recommended. A credit card guarantee must be provided at the time the reservation is made, or your reservation will be cancelled. A minimum stay requirement may apply on Holiday Weekends and on all weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Payment for the entire reservation is due upon arrival.

Cancellations:

Due to the limited number of guest rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made at least 5 days (Holiday and Special Event reservations require at least 10 days) prior to your arrival, or we reserve the right to charge you for one night's stay for each room reserved, if canceled on short notice.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.

Visits shortened AFTER ARRIVAL will be charged for total number of nights reserved. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR TOTAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS RESERVED!

Formerly known as Gibson's Bed and Breakfast for over 20 years, the house was purchased and remodeled, and our name changed to The Gibson House - A Victorian Bed and Breakfast. Your inn keeper, Tom Powers, a retired armed services veteran, has many years of experience in management, hospitality and guest services.
